Yesterday my PAD was working fine. Today everything is grayed out. I can not create or edit a flow. Why is this happening?

    @Dwoolf 

     

    First try to restart your system and see this restart helps your issue else try to upgrade or downgrade your PAD version and see this process resolves your issue.

    I have restarted my computer and I have a premium account. Still having the grayed out issue after restarting.

    Can you check that the environment is correctly selected?

    This is a company account so I only have 1 environment to choose from.

    Hi @Dwoolf ,

     

    Try signing out of PAD and signing back in to refresh the connection and permissions.

    Ask your admin whether he has changed any persmissions in your environment.

     

    Can send image of your appliaction as shown in below image.

    If none of the above work Just try unistalling and Reinstalling your PAD,it will work.

    Please be aware that using your organization account requires a premium/trail license to create flows. Please verify your current license status either through the Power Automate cloud portal or by contacting your administrator.

     

    Additional troubleshooting steps:

    1. Restart Power Automate services (from the registry).
    2. Sign out and then sign in again.
    3. Have you considered trying upgrade or downgrade options? If not, please attempt that.
    4. If upgrading or downgrading is not possible, at least try reinstalling the PAD.

    I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program twice now. Still getting the same error.
