I have a OneNote page that has a list of items waiting to be approved. I would like to have the item moved to a different page once the items is approved and the check mark is checked. Is there way to do this?

Another way you can accomplish this by

    1.  Instead of using one note with checklist, use a planner list and put each item as a task in planner
    2. Now trigger the flow when the item is marked as completed in planner
    3. Next, use one note action to write to a different page in one note

Using Checked Box as a Trigger
    Hi

There is no trigger built into the OneNote (Business) Connector that triggers based on what you are asking about so unfortunately you couldn't do it automatically, you'd have to run a scheduled flow (maybe every day or something) that would read through your OneNotes and do what you want.

But no its not as straight forward as you want.
