Forms not triggering Flow when it used to

Hi Guys,

I had flows that were working perfectly 3 days ago. Today I have gone to demo and it seems none of the flows are working. They are triggered off forms submission (3 forms, 3 flows) and the form submission doesn't hit the flow log at all. No errors, just not showing up.

I see in forum others have had similar issues, but I'm not seeing any fixes. Is flow able to be used in business critical processes?

Any advice would be awesome.

Hi @SteveXX

We've had a few reports of Flow Forms trigger actions stopping working over the weekend... i.e. the triggers do not work.

If this is the same issue I'd recommend raising with Microsoft support.

There are similar cases reported, and Microsoft is aware of this issue.
We are collecting further information at this point.

@pcouturier The hotfix was build last night (Japanese Standard Time), and the problem should be fixed.
I have checked that the problem is not seen here anymore. Let us know if you still have the problem.

Hi @t-tatoku I’m experiencing this intermittent issue as well right now. Sometimes it works perfectly sometimes it isnt triggered. I did not update anything on my flow.
