Hi There,

If I receive an email from specific person with specific subject in email, Then i would like to forward the email to some persons.

In the Forwarding email body In which that RMGP number should be mentioned like that.

The content would be,

Dear Sir,

Kindly provide an approval for the below mentioned RMGP

RMGP No : "Should take from trailing email"

Kindly check and help to achieve the requirement

Hi @Singaravelu

You can use extract text from mail and then you can use that text or number you want in forward or send mail. Below link will help you to solve problem.
