1I have two lists SharePoint work with my forms one the information is taken and the information is sent to it as well but I have to make a score point and I want it to calculate simultaneously means every user who chooses to choose to place points how I can?

Every request is taken according to the score of priority and the Scoring criteria are as the following:
- Salary points:
0 point if the basic salary less than the minimum required salary
1 point if the basic salary equals the minimum required salary
2 points for each 1,000 SR. above the minimum required salary (points cannot be divided)
- Family status points:
0 point if the family already living in KSA
3 points if the family landed/arrived to KSA recently (up to 3 months)
- Seniority points:
1 point for each 2 years (points cannot be divided)
- Kids points:
2 points for each kid]
