Message if there is no data in gallery

Good morning everyone,

I'm asking if I can show a messsage if there is no information in gallery: like "There's no info registered, please create a new plan.".

(The cross symbol is where the gallery is located)

    Yes, add a label and enter the text you want to show. Set the visible property of that label to:

    If(CountRows(Gallery.AllItems=0, true, false)

    I corrected the formula form: 

    If(CountRows(Gallery.AllItems)=0; true; false)
