Power Automate Desktop　開発時にエラーが頻発して発生する

PADを使用していると何度もパスワードを要求される。
また、以下のエラーが出る場合がある。
「AADSTS5000611: Symmetric Key Derivation Function version 'KDFV1' is invalid.」
