Since today, our Power Automate flow cannot process invoices using AI Builder.
Until now the same flow was working without problems. Today even very simple invoice PDFs fail.
The flow gets the PDF file from SharePoint correctly, but the AI Builder action “Process invoices” fails with RequestTimeout.
Error message:
“Http request failed: the server did not respond within the timeout limit.”
What I tried:
- AI Builder limits/credits are available.
- Tested simple invoice PDFs.
- Connected another user from the same company.
- Created a second/new AI Builder invoice processing action.
- The problem still happens.
The failure happens only on the AI Builder invoice processing action.
Is there currently any issue with AI Builder invoice/document processing or the Predict service?
Could this be a Microsoft-side timeout/backend issue?
