Hey everyone. so I have a problem and I cant find the solution anywhere. Beginning to think what I'm trying to attempt is impossible. I created a table and app in power apps. in this table i have a field called expiration date. and once a date is filled out in the calendar selector, the selected date represents a deadline, I want to take that field and pass it into a power automate flow and have that flow send me an email notification about when this specified account will expire. I have tried various methods but none work. The common issue i have had with these methods is that i use the power apps trigger but i am never asked to link the table to the flow, hence i have no dynamic data to use in the flow.

To reiterate, i have a data table and app in power apps and want to get email notifications about the the expiration date (expiration date field exists within the table) selected in my power app; to my email, using power automate.

PS. i am using the old editor version of power automate and not the new one. I have found out the newer one still has some bugs

    Hi @Jaz1 ,

Are you using a collection in PowerApps ? ( I am assuming that you are using a collection in PowerApps) , In that case I can't think of a way to send email notifications. Because without saving the data somewhere in some data source like SP list , SQL  or data-verse I can't think of a way to check the Due date or an expiration date.

Ideally your data should be saved in some data source and then you can make use of a recurrence flow to send email notifications.

    Thanks,
