Hi guys,

Need help please, not sure what am i doing wrong here. So as per the attached picture, i have 2 dropdown menus. The "Transport Type" has a visiblity condition, so only if certain values from the "Schedule Type" are selected the datacard will show.

But when is visible i would like to make mandatory. I have added that formula but it has no effect.

Based on the the screenshot it looks like it is working. There is a star next to the Transport Type field which would indicate it is a required field. The formula in the Required property is evaluating to true because New Service is selected in the Schedule Type field. what am I missing?

So when i select "Schedule update", the transport type is not visible anymore, which is good, but the problem is that it remains mandatory in the background. So i can't save my data.

Did you check and make sure it isn't a required field in the data source? If you are going to writing a conditional formula for the Required property then the backend data source needs to set as not required because you are controlling the required logic in the PowerApps control.
