Adobe merge pdfs connector throws : BadGateway Error, "code": 502 "The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive."

Hello ,

I'm using "Adobe merge pdf's" premium connector to merge pdf files. Flow fails at this merge step and throws errors as " Bad Gateway Error, "code": 502 "The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive."

Couldn't understand what this error means.

Can someone help me get forward with it ?

Your flow looks correct. Has time made any impact or are you still having the issue?

    Hello Vanderben,

No luck. Couldn't understand reason for this issue.

    Any help/solution is appreciated.

    Thanks.

Are all the documents that you are grabbing from SharePoint PDFs or are some Office files?

    Have you tried re-authenticating?

I have only two pdf  files one among them is ms word converted to pdf and other is just pdf file.

But when i tried to merge these files in another test flow (with just merge action in flow) it works. Flow that throws error has some approvals and other action and finally merge action fails.

    Thanks

Check your raw input. Sometimes for whatever reason in Power Automate if I put a variable into the action sometimes it outputs null even though it SHOULD have a value. When I remove the variable, add it back in and then save, it seems to work. Almost like the variable pointer gets corrupted or something. Then when I go back to edit the flow, that variable worked before, but if I change that flow again then I get null values in the variable. This especially might be the case if it is working fine in one flow and not the other.

    Thank you for your response.

Input array variable to merge connector in never null , it always has data in expected format.

Is it anything related to time out ?

    Thanks.

Could be. What are the file sizes that are you are working with?

    Any update here?

I am seeing the same behavior. I have a logic app build almost like @Anonymous.

    Hello sgjeilo,

I could understand one of the reasons behind this issue was input data for pdf merger was in  incorrect format which was my issue too. I was getting  files from Share point  and these connectors  were getting corrupt and giving input data in wrong format. Unfortunately, I could only resolve this issue my recreating new flow again , even deleting the sharepoint connectors and adding new ones didn't help.

    Thanks.
