Security: Is this legitimate Microsoft Power Automate community?

Is this website/forum legitimate Microsoft managed? It has a similar branding to MS community but the domain I'm not sure about.

    As far as I am aware, the forums used to be hosted on Khoros software (which is made by Lithium). So, that might be a link to the old forum?
     
    Nowadays the forums have been migrated and are hosted on Power Pages instead.
