I'm currently build a flow that using Start and Wait Approval. The flow run perfectly but its sending duplicate email notification for pending approval as below .

What are the details in security verification approval actions? It seems both the received emails were from this step.
Looking at one of the flow run histories, in Assigned to field, does it have two your Email address? Or you can also check the variable outcome from a previous action.
