"Object reference not set to an instance of an object." with Dynamics CRM triggers

I've tried the Dynamics CRM triggers for "record is created" and "record is modified".  In both cases, the trigger always errors with the following: { "status": 502, "message": "Object reference not set to an instance of an object.", "source": "127.0.0.1" }

 

Is this a known issue or bug?

    This problem seems to have gone away.  A few hours later this error stopped happening, but I'm not sure why.  I believe this was happening because I was connecting to a brand new CRM sandbox instance and it might not have been 100% provisioned for a while (even though I could use it throgh the normal CRM website.)
