Hi

I have a dashboard in PowerBI where i use the connector Export to file for PowerBI reports and generate a PDF of the report. The file that is sent to the users email is extremely big. Is there anyway to reduce the pdf size with flow?

    Hi @lakeshore,

It's unfortunate that there is no way could reproduce the file size, as a workaround, you could reproduce some unnecessary columns in the PowerBI reposts or separate the reports into serval times to export.

    Hi @lakeshore ,

alternatively, you can try the Plumsail Documents connector for Power Automate. It includes an action for reducing/optimizing PDF file size https://plumsail.com/docs/documents/v1.x/flow/actions/document-processing.html#compress-pdf-document

Note: Plumsail Documents is a paid solution, but it has a free trial.
