Get Changes for an Item or File missing Trigger Window Start Token

Hello! I am trying to determine when the Status column on my SharePoint list has changed. I know to use the action "Get Changes for an Item or File" but the dynamic content piece for "Trigger Window Start Token" is missing. We need that field to go into the "Since" option in order to see if the column has changed. Versioning is turned on on the list. 

 

Can anyone help? Thanks!
