I'm searching multiple PDF Files using PAD. I'm extracting some text from the PDF and saving in EXCEL.

The current process I'm following is:

1. Getting Files in Folder

2. Launch Excel File

In a loop, for each PDF File in the folder, I'm doing the following:

3. Extract Text from PDF

4. Parse text that is extracted from PDF and search for "Payment Terms and Conditions".

What I want ot do is to search more than one text. So, I want to search "Payment Terms and Conditions" OR "Conditions de paiement" in the Parse action.

So, I was wondering how can I do this?

Enable the "Is regular expression" toggle in the Parse text action. This will allow using the OR operand, which can be implemented via the | symbol. The following pattern would find either "Payment Terms and Conditions" or "Conditions de paiement" in the text: (Payment Terms and Conditions)|(Conditions de paiement)

If you want to also extract whatever follows the text, you might want to add some wildcards at the end, such as in this pattern: ((Payment Terms and Conditions)|(Conditions de paiement)).*

Here's what the action should look like with the regular expression toggle enabled and the pattern:
