Populate word template and create file(.pdf)

Hey, guys! I am using a "populate from a word template" action. Then I try to create a .pdf file on the sharepoint site. The problem is It shows error and says that "Failed to load PDF document.". When I create a .docx file, It is created without any problems. But the pdf itself can't open. Any suggestions what i should do? I am attaching the screensflow_flow.jpgflow1.PNGflow3.PNG
