Adaptive Card Reposting After a Certain Amount of Time If Not Responded To

All,
In my Power Automate, I am trying to have the adaptive card post again if a user hasn’t selected a data.choice from the adaptive card after a said amount of time. I am trying to utilize a do until loop for this and I need some help with my logic here. The adaptive card fires but it never is resent if I don’t answer within the given time-frame – example for testing I put the delay as 1 minute and even 5 minutes. Therefore, any suggestions on the easiest way to do this would be great:

My condition is as such:

My do until is as such:

    You would want to make sure that your Timeout for the Do Until is much longer than whatever your "timeout period is on the adaptive card".

    I would also have a Count, so that you can

    1. Timeout
    2. Stop if retries is X
    3. Stop if they respond

    So you would end up with an Or in there for retries and time outs will just happen, although it won't throw an Exception because timeouts in Do untils are not errors, as you set them.

    Also you should change it to

    empty(Your Choice Answer here) is not equal to (expression) true

    instead of looking for empty()

    I believe that is your issue of why it doesn't refire as your condition is not satisfied as true (ever)

    If these suggestions help resolve your issue, Please consider Marking the answer as such and also maybe a like.

    Thank you!
    Sincerely, Michael Gernaey

    many thanks for all the info - just so I'm clear the condition should look as such:
    and the Do Until as such:
