Flow to update sharepoint list from a template excel table

I have an excel template saved in Sharepoint that has a table on the last page. Each time it is used it is saved under another name.

The table populates based on the information input on the other pages. I would like the excel table to add to a Sharepoint list that is already made.

I've adaptive this flow from a tutorial video but I get an error that it cannot find the table. I've checked the table name and it is correct. If you can provide any help with this flow or have suggestions on different ways to accomplish this, I would appreciate it. Thank you,

Hi @ML147243

You have to use "fileName" instead of "ID" in the "List rows present in table" action.

I have changed the ID to File Name as you suggested but I am getting the same error.

Are you selecting the correct folder and the correct table name? Can you check that?

Yes, If I select the specific excel file it gives the drop down option for the table name I put in the table field. The File name will be different each time it is saved but the Table name will be the same.

If you test the flow with the same file, which selects the table from the drop down menu, does it works?
Can you test in other flow if the action "List rows in a present table" works with your files?
You can also check directly in the other Excel files if the tables have the same name, to discard the possibility.

If after checking all of this, the problem continues, I suggest to open a support request.

I ended up building a solution with a parent flow and a child flow. I do still get an error in the child flow at apply to each saying the create an item failed but it actually does create an item. Does any one know why this happens? Is it because I have the filter query for reference ne null?

Im not even sure this is necessary but it is what the person in the video did.
