Automatically creating excel files from master files to another folder

Hi all

I have a folder which contains 50+ excel files (Sharepoint Online) which are simple timesheets for all of our branch offices, currently the timesheets are manually copied to the corresponding branch folder each week and then renamed to the following format. 00 London Week 00, or Branch Number Branch Name Week Week Number. The week number also needs to increase on each move.

What i would like is to be able to move these files on a specific day each week so the are available for the managers of these branches to use with a flow.

I have seen a few flow ideas but nothing that can give me the complete solution. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

You can read the content of the excel with the Get file content action. Then run a create file and use the content that you retrieved.

This is what i have so far, but actually not only doesnt it work it would also have to be done for each branch.

I thought i maybe able to do something such as; If document starts with 02 copy to folder 02 and mark up to latest week number i.e. 02 Branch Week 32, if Week 31 exists.

    Cheers
