Send Email with options repeats content

Hi there,

The email I receive from "Send Email with Options" has the content repeated in the message:

I don't mind which format I see but I'd prefer to only see one. Is there a way to control this?

    Hi!
    I think the duplicated format you see is design intent.
    So, at the top of the email you see the 'adaptive card' format displayed. Since nonMicrosoft email clients do not support this one, it is followed by a more standard HTML format

    I'll probably avoid using it as it's just a bit weird.
