Sharing Power Automate flows across multiple SharePoint sites.

I have an existing SharePoint site with 11 Power Automate flows. Every time I create a new SharePoint site, I need the 11 flows to be duplicated over. Right now I have to save as a copy, rename it and change the connections at each action for each flow. Each flow will take around 5 minutes and in total will be close to an hour which is inefficient. Is there a better way to do this to reduce the time taken to duplicate the flows? Thanks.

Context: For each new project, a new SharePoint site is created to store all the files related. There are multiple lists and pages, they are to be duplicated over too. Under one of the list, since it is a checklist with links, I have to manually update them to link to forms/ folders in that Sharepoint Site. The frequency of a new SharePoint site being created can be on a daily basis, sometimes even 2-3 in a day. In total, 2.5hrs is needed to create a new SharePoint site with all things ready. The main concern is the duplication of the flows taking up too long. Please advise thank you.

You can trigger a flow from a site design script. So, my suggestion would be to create the new sites based on a custom site design.

This way you don't have to duplicate the flows.

    Happy to help out 😁
