Transfer Flows in the same Microsoft Account (Personal and Corporative)

Hello.

I developed some flows in Power Automate (Free) on Windows 11 itself. This version is installed through the Microsoft Store.

To do this, I used my personal Microsoft account, which uses the same email as the corporate account, that is, my email is part of two accounts, the private one and the corporate one.

Situation:

1) Accessing the Power Automate Web account with my personal Microsoft account email does not show the flows I created, that is, they do not synchronize.

2) We will purchase Power Automate Premium licenses, but I want to transfer the flows I created in the free version to the Premium version, as I have processes that I approved and need to reuse.

3) I did a test by logging in with my corporate account on Power Automate Desktop and also on the web. When creating flows, it synchronizes normally.

Therefore, I ask experts to help me with how I transfer these flows.

Thanks.

Best Regards.

    Hi eliseu_corrona,

please try to add the Desktop Flows to a Solution in Power Automate web portal.

Then export the Solution and import it to the target destination.

    Hi Gidi.

Sorry for the delay in responding.

Unfortunately, your suggestion was not possible to use.

I ended up redoing my flow directly on the corporate account and then the synchronization worked correctly.

    Best Regards.

    Hi @eliseu_corrona,

I also concur with @Gidi , as adhering to best practices is paramount. If there are certain restrictions preventing you from following them, you can still transfer those flows from one environment to another.

    Here's how:

    1. Open your personal account Power Automate Desktop and access your flow. Copy all the actions by selecting them with Ctrl+A and paste them into Notepad. Transfer the Notepad file to your corporate account.
    2. Next, recreate the same flow in your corporate account and paste the copied actions from Notepad into your new flows.

    Thanks,

    Deenu

    Hello @Deenuji
Sorry, I ended up expressing myself incorrectly in the previous message.

I did exactly as you mentioned.

I copied my flows from my personal account to a file and then to my corporate account.

    Thanks for your contribution.
