Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I have a requirement to send approval email from Dataverse (Canvas App) and obtain approval in the email. But I want this email to be tracked in (Regarding Email activity) Dataverse Email table. I am creating the email message (create a row) and send it (perform bound action) but I am unable to find option to add Approval in the email. Is there a way. Please advise!
