extra padding on the desktop version

Hi all

 

 

Any idea why would text on buttons in the desktop version move down? In the web version it looks fine, where it was originally placed - exactly in the middle (vertically). In the desctop version it looks like some extra top padding was added there. In both cases we are talking about opening for editing.

 

Checked top padding, it is fine - 2. Besides, if saved and posted from the desktop version then the padding does not appear for user, everything looks fine.

    Thanks for your feedback.

     

    What’s the value have you set for the button’s Height property?


    per my test, it seems that once the value is set less than 39, the issue you mentioned will appear on desktop studio. While if I set the value equal to 39 or larger than 39, the issue won’t appear.


    Though they are all working fine on the web studio.


    As a temporary workaround, please consider to set Height property to a larger value.


    I will try to report this issue on my side.

    Thx for the quick reply. Yes it is lower - 18. Won't change it to 40 though, since it would look ugly... Enough for me to know it is just something within PowerApps and it will be handled. For the time being will just use Web version and wait 🙂
