I have a mix of below licenses for users in our organization. I need to understand which type of license have what level of access (Create/Consume) to Power Apps & Power Automate. As per my understanding some plans include power app & power automate licenses. Users will utilize power app & power automate via SharePoint Online.

Office 365 E1

Office 365 E3

Microsoft 365 Business Basic

Microsoft 365 Business Premium

Microsoft 365 Business Standard

Thanks & Regards

    @aliraza

    Yes, that is correct. You can find a pretty lengthy licensing guide at this link. (note, it's a PDF)  Go to page 23 in the guide and you will see qualifying licenses.

    Also this link serves as a good reference.

    Thanks @RandyHayes .

    Does that mean all of these licenses user have ability to create & consume power apps & power automate? Is there any MS reference that confirm the license ability to create & consume power apps & power automate.

    @aliraza

    All of those licenses include access to PowerApps and PowerAutomate as long as you are only connecting to included data.  Premium connectors would require a different license.

    I hope this is helpful for you.

    Hi @aliraza ,

    Only E1 and E3 licensed users will be able to use PowerApps, Power Automate and SharePoint Online.
