Hi, I have a flow that send a request for approval with some attached documents by email so that the approver can review all documents before approving.
My worry is the storage of Outlook may be overloaded with time if the approver receives many approbations. Of course, I have limited the size of attached documents but it is not enough.
So I wonder, if there is a way to permanently delete the message (request for approval in Outlook) with all attached documents or to only delete all the attached adocuments from Outlook when the user finally took action.
