Has anyone actually managed to create Copilot that works perfectly after it has been published and can be used by everyone without any issues??? I feel like there are way too many errors in Copilot Studio. I have spent too much time trying to understand it, and have created several Copilots, but none of them work normally. There are always small strange errors that I can't find solutions to. Please give me an answer
Hello everyone, I'm having the same problem, the service constantly crashes and this really interferes with the configuration, as I'm on a trial period, but I have every intention of purchasing the service as soon as I get stable. work.
Moderation: Medium
Files: Local Json files
Channel: Teams
prompt: Simple in steps marked by numbers explainning the Json properties inside each file.
There's a way to have an observability of what is happening during the service outage? that debug mode doesnt helped much, i was expecting something like a AZ log.
Have you worked with Azure OpenAi? It gives much better answers, but it seems to be much more expensive.
Generative AI answers work very poorly. Personally, I'm developing one with multiple choice only, but that works mainly if you don't have a lot of information you are dealing with. I also find it works better when you integrate with power automate.
I had the same problem but in some how, it started to answer on almost everything. But dose he often gives right answers? No, he dosen't!!!
Same here, i linked my sharepoint to a copilot, but no matter what question i ask, i always get
"I’m sorry, I’m not sure how to help with that. Can you try rephrasing?". And when i used public websites, it seems that they are not 100% indexed. I used my own website, asked for the mission and the vision, but the VA did not answer correct. But i guess i'm doing something wrong. My question: do you have a step by step approach to setup a generative AI chatbot that interacts with all information available in SharePoint document libraries?
I am having issues aswell. Working in Norwegian aswell. Doing a copilot trial license with generative options turned on. Uploaded documents (word) and pointing the copilot to a SharePoint site with a couple of documents and also a web site. Configured authentication for SharePoint with Azure App reg, and doing a Power Platform environment trial with data in the USA. (as I found that somewhere in the documentation on learn.microsoft). Yesterday it kinda worked. Today I get no answers again. Only some of the default topics. Sometimes it doesnt answer at all.
Here are the instructions I have given to the node. Should it be simpler? and i have the moderation on "Medium"
You are an HR assistant for "" You are expected to respond accurately, briefly, and directly to the questions asked based on the documents in the personnel handbook for "".
Hello @Ameeralkarmo ,
Please try below and see anything helps on your issue.
1. If you are using any custom prompt, make sure your modify the prompt as simple and step by step instructions so that model can provide better results
2. Modify the content moderation setting in generative answer node
Thanks.
I appreciate your help. I have already asked a question that wasn't answered. I have created a co-pilot for the HR department. I have provided him with some PDF files from which he can retrieve information to answer questions. I have used Generative Answer nodes to respond to questions. However, sometimes it answers correctly, but other times it answers incorrectly or doesn't answer at all, even if it's the same question. My question is, why does this happen? Is it because I'm using documents in Norwegian? Or is there an error I'm making here? Is it also best for me to use multiple topics for each chapter of the different documents, or do I not need to do that since I'm using the "Generative Answer" node?
