We are needing to remove an unmanaged layer from an SLA in our UAT environment. However, when we click on the unmanaged layer and select "Remove active customizations". We get the error, RemoveActiveCustomizations is not supported for components of type SLA.

I start by selecting "Remove active customizations"

Then I select Delete from this message box

And then I get the error above.

Does anyone know how to deal with something like this? We cannot deploy our solution until this layer gets removed.

Behind the scenes SLA create a cloud flow to handle that, try to find who is the workflow that link to  your SLA and try to delete and import the solution again after that.

Usually the name of the flow start with "ServiceLevelAggrement..."

Check if this solve your problem.
