COE toolkit account roles?

Hi,

I need to install COE toolkit for Power Platform admin centre, as per MS article below roles required:

Microsoft Power Platform Service admin, global tenant admin, or Dynamics 365 service admin

 

So just wanted to confirm is Global tenant admin role must required for the account? Or just Power Platform admin role would be sufficient.

 

Please suggest.
