Getting an email from a table off of a name from a response in a Form

This has probably been answered, but I cannot find it. 

I have a Form that has a response that is the  full name that I need to email. All the emails are on an Excel table with the names, I am trying to see if I can set up a Flow that will send an email the address associated with the name in the response. 

 

If this doesn't make sense, I can clarify. Thanks for the help

    Do you want to send email to the user who has display name within a column?

    How i have the table set up is column one is the users full name and column 2 is the email address associated. I want to see if i can get the email address from the table by searching the full name.
