Problem With Rename UIElement

In PAD by using Add UIElement(Right side of the PAD sceen) we will capture the particular UIelement in webpage,

once we done the job , for easy guessing i will change my UIelement Name , but after remane, when am calling the same by using any of the action it is not showing any changes. please solve this issue.
