When I add a positional email as the approver for a start an wait for approval flow, I get the following message:
BadRequest. The request failed. Error code: 'InvalidApprovalCreateRequestAssignedToNoValidUsers'. Error Message: 'Required field 'assignedTo' contained no valid users in the organization'.
Sometimes the flow seems to work but when someone opens the email to approve they get a message stating:
Something went wrong. The approval has been reassigned.
Please help! I have considered setting up a rule to send the approval to a personal email and then setting up a rule to forward the email to the appropriate positional account. Are there any other options?
