Need Support - for Update Item Response into Sharepoint list

Hi All, 
can anyone give me guidance for to do like this flow, what the details each variable ? and how to setup 
 
 
condition after approval was approved then do an update item especially into column "approval timeline"
with detail from response but somehow it didn't work, anyone can guide me step by step for resolution on this flow ?

    Sorry its too small to see. Also when you say it didn't work, but do not give details, its really hard to help.
     
    You should show the flow both in Design mode and in Run mode, showing inputs and outputs on things that didn't work.
