Hello,

Just got this error from Power Virtual Agents bot I have created:
Sorry, something went wrong. Error code: SystemError. Conversation ID: 0baf6ae9-55cd-4577-9d7e-98b4d71c4229. Time (UTC): 10/6/2023 9:01:33 AM.

It was working fine for 2 months, up till this morning.

@HenryJammes will you be able to help? Your previous solutions were spot on!

is this error triggered by any topics? If you create a fresh topic with a basic trigger phrase does it work? Are you using a trial license?

Hi @remidyon ,I am using the trial version. In the web it is working fine but when I published the bot in the teams channel it is throwing error as :Sorry, something unexpected happened. We’re looking into it. Error code: SystemError. Conversation ID: -------(Conversation ID is present). In the topic when I am sending message through adaptive card it is showing the above error. Will you be able to

    help?

What kind of data source are you using? Also did you configure security/authentication correctly? When testing in the bot in the test windows everything works OK?

Can you try creating a fresh new bot to see if you have the same error?

Appreciate this is a very old post but I've encountered the same issue. Was there a solution?

    Hi,

    Might be temporary issue.

Are you using Licensed version of copilot studio?

If you're using AI components (such as GPT-based answers), their models or configurations might have expired or been updated.

If your bot leverages Azure services (like Azure Cognitive Services or Logic Apps), you could be hitting resource limits or quotas (for example, request rate limits).

    Thanks.
