I want to move my powerApp along with sharepoint data source to another tenet.
Since my power App uses sharepoint site. I would like to know how to move sharepoint site with groups and custom permissions to a new tenent

The link you shared says in the another tenant I must have a site and a list. This doesn't move the groups and custom permissions I created I suppose. Does it?
