Exporting Flows from one tenant to another

Hi Team,

I build 200+ cloud flows for one project.
Each flow is using different Sharepoint Online List. Half of the flows are using 2-3 unique online lists.

I exported my List in CSV to local folder and then imported to different tenant from the CSV.

I kept the name same. For Site Address I have created Environment Variable which is used in all the 200+ flows.

When I exported the solution to different tenant then Flow is returning an error to me that List is not Found , even though I have updated Site Address.

Could you please what's the issue? I know maybe because of List ID is different but I cannot find any such thing in the documentation.

    Hi,
    Your suspicion about the List ID being different is likely correct, and it’s a common issue when migrating flows across tenants in Power Automate. SharePoint lists are identified internally by a unique List ID (GUID), not just their name or URL.
    When you move a solution to a different tenant and the list is recreated, the new list will have a different List ID, even if the name and structure are identical.

    Try to create an enviroment variable with die Sharepoint List -> reference it in the flows -> export and import all in the new tenant.

    Hope this helps

    Hi,
    @ran_dale
    Thanks for clarification.

    I'm using 200+ unique list in each flow.
    So, Do I need to create Environment variable for each Sharepoint Online List?
