Trigger flow from a Teams message reaction to update an adaptive card?

Hello PA community,

I have a flow that runs daily and posts a single adaptive card to a Teams channel. This card lists out the proposed support case assignments for our engineering team.

My ideal solution would be for an engineer to simply add a "Thumbs Up" reaction to the adaptive card message. When they do this, I want a flow to detect this event and update the original card to show a visual confirmation, like a checkmark emoji (✅), next to that engineer's name.

Is there any trigger or simple method within PA to start a flow (or part of a flow) based on a user adding a reaction to a specific Teams message?

Has anyone in the community found a  way to solve this, or can you confirm if this is a current limitation of the Teams connector?

Thank you so much in advance!

Kind regards,
Mo

The Teams connector has a trigger action called When someone reacted to a message in chat.

You might be able to use it for your setup as well.

    Below is an example
