Round Robin Flow for Support Rotation

I am a team lead and I want to create a Flow that Round Robins through my On-Call team and post a message in a Team stating a person is on call for the week, every 9 weeks on Wednesday. I have been able to do this at an individual level but I have to manage it for each person. 

 

So it would look something like this flow which only does this for one individual.

Instead of having to do this manually for each person on Support I would like some type of flow in which I upload the list and the flow automatically does the post every 9 weeks for each individual.
