Model Driven app bulk inserts editable grid like SharePoint list

Hello all,

I'm working on creating a model-driven app. In this app I would like to be able to copy say 100 items from an excel and paste them into the model driven app view, just like we can in a SharePoint list in edit grid mode. 

 

Is this possible with a model-driven app? If so, can you please point me in the right direction on how to accomplish this?

    Could you try Open in excel?

    In this way you can edit them in bulk easily.

    Sorry, I'm not sure. But I tested the view and it doesn’t seem to support this operation directly.
