Can't get FTP Connector to working

Hello,

I am trying to create a flow to connect to a clients FTP server, but I can't seem to get the test connection to work. I've scoured the verse on this error that have been resolved.

'Connection not found. Please create a new connection and change your application to use the new connection.'

I'm new to FTP connectors so I have no idea where to begin troubleshooting. I can connect to the ftp through browser using the same credentials.

How can I make this connection work?

I appreciate any and all help I can get.

Cheers,

DWTKBrook

    Hello,

Update - I was able to make the connection by enabling SSL, however I am not able to see any folder, I tried typing the folder in and i got folder not found.

Any Ideas on how to see the folders?

    Thank you,

    Hi.

I'm no expert by any means either, however have you tried changing the port number to 21?

    Cheers.

Thanks, yes I did also try port 21. No joy!
