Microsoft support said that is global problem and Microsoft do not recommend use Microsoft Customer Voice with MS Forms connector and on 5.01.2023 wrote only short information in article:

Another Microsoft recommendation is to using Dataverse as a trigger but we have not any experience with this service.

Is there proper Power Automate connector dedicated for Microsoft Customer Voice?
No, not as far as I know. Would be great if such connector is available
