Create a ticket system (I'm 90% there)

Hello Power Automate Users,

When a file is dropped into a folder F, a ticket is created. The problem is it creates a ticket for everything that was in the file that was dropped into the folder. A folder named Julia contains a word document, when it is dropped into folder F a ticket gets created for folder Julia and the word document, is there any way so only the main folder Julia gets a ticket and not what it contains?

Specific: [ When a file is created](Something dropped into folder F) - [Create Item] (Ticket)|

I also created the ticket to automate unassigned, assigned, and completed but that part of the automation is fine. I am just wanting the create item to only create a ticket for the folder and not what it contains.

Thank you Everyone!

    You need to make use of the "IsFolder" value from sharepoint. Follow the below post to solve this issue.

    How long is our LibraryNameFromURL? I see the "Shared%20Documents" part in mine as well but how much farther do we copy?

    @darknight123

    You need to copy only the library name from the URL. In this case the library name is Shared Documents, so in the URL it is like Shared%20Documents

    Hi,

    I am having trouble with the second trigger condition. Would having multiple libraries/folders be the problem? When I go to sharepoint I click [Documents] > [Cars],[Boats],[Planes] > Can we do the parent function for a New Parent folder dropped into [Boats] or into a separate folder ( [Cars],[Planes] ). The short explanation: I want the parent function/link to item to be when a New Parent Folder is dropped into an existing library/folder.  The first trigger condition is golden! Thank you in advance! (sorry if this is a little long/congested)
