My flow keeps failing due to integer rather than array

Hi all, I've created a flow to automate form responses to create new items in a list.  For this I used an example I found on the web.  I'm very new to Power Automate and have no coding experience at all.

I'm getting this error message when the flow runs.

Can anyone tell me how to solve this please and thank you?

In case it's needed, here's a snip of the flow

Thanks, that's worked in my sample site, I will deploy it tomorrow to the actual form and list and fingers crossed 🙂

You don't need to use an Apply to Each.

    1. When a response is submitted
    2. Get Response Details - (Put the Response ID in this step)
    3. Create SharePoint Item
