Unable to Refrsh a workflow nor remove and re-add it... any advice?

I have a workflow that is been called from power apps, today i added a new response parameter to the flow named "FileName", beside the old parameter named "result".

now i open my canvas app >> but when i tired to refresh the workflow, i got this error:-

so i removed the workflow , but when i tried to re-add it, the flow was not listed.. any advice?

how i can get the new change inside my power apps?

Hi @johnjohnPter ,

It seems that one of your app and flow is inside the solution and the other is outside the solution.

Please add the app/flow outside the solution to the solution.

The error message indicates that this is a solution component. This is probably something you accidentally added to your solution.
