Hi everyone!
I'm facing a challenge here in my company.
I need to provide a form for some employees to submit their photosThen I need some solution were all employees can vote on the best picture.
Is there a possibility to do this?
I thought to export answers to a MS List and them "re-import" the list to a MS Forms...is that possible or we have another easiest solution?
Thanks!

well we can sync MS List to forms, so other way would be to use adaptive card and send notification for all team memebers with adaptive card so that they can vote on best photo.

    I hope this helps !
    Thanks & Regards,

I would create a Microsoft form and include an attachment question that is required. Once you have all of the images, create a SharePoint page where everyone has access and display the images on the page. Include a code with each picture.

Then create another Microsoft Form for people to vote.
    • Create a choice question with all of the codes.
    • If there are more than 60, just make it a text question. But by using a choice question the results will be easier to see in the analytics from MS Forms.
    • If you require login, you can limit it so people can only submit one choice, and you can set the dates for when voting can take place.
    • Include the link to the voting form on the SharePoint page.

@David, thanks, will try this way.
I was thinking if there's a more automated way, but that should work. thanks for the insight

You are welcome RP-31071113-0. There is a web part for SharePoint pages to embed your voting form on the page where you post all the images. That would probably be easier than posting the link and keeps it all in one place.

@David_MA  didn't worked out here. I try to do a power automate but doesn't show any dynamic fields. :(
    Frustrating.
