Adding Multiple Items to an Email

Hello,

I have a power automate that sends an email to our technician for all the equipment that is due within the next 30 days. But it sends a separate email for every piece of equipment that is due.

Is there a way that I can compile all of the equipment that is due and send it in one email? My current flow is below, please let me know if you need any clarification on anything.

Thank you in advance.

    Rather than using a loop, it would be more efficient to use Filter Array on the returned SharePoint items and then format the output as an HTML table (Create HTML Table action) and send that content via email.

    @CheddahChase

    First, use a filter query in your Flow instead of the condition.

    Here is a great reference on creating a filter query.

    I suggest creating an HTML table from the filtered data from the Get items action (very easy).

    Here is a blog post on using the Create an HTML table action.

    The blog post includes a step for styling the table - you can ignore that step.

    Then, send a single email and include the HTML table in the message body.

    If you need more help, please let me know.

    Hello @ScottShearer,

    Thank you very much for your help. Everything worked. I have one more question though, I am trying to format the date in the Select function. Do you know how I can do that?

    It keeps popping up with an error because I cannot add the dynamic content from the get items. (I am trying to do this:

    formatDateTime(items('For_each')?['field_7'], 'MM/dd/yyyy')

    Thank you.
