I am trying to set up a trigger when a new email arrives in a shared mailbox.

However, I get the following error:

{
  "status"403,
  "message""Group Shard is used in non-Groups URI.\r\nclientRequestId: 55e6798d-6f9d-4129-8604-daa17bd03f0d\r\nserviceRequestId: 9826b71d-2094-439b-968f-96f8825d82fe",
  "error": {
    "message""Group Shard is used in non-Groups URI.",
    "code""ErrorGroupIsUsedInNonGroupURI",
    "originalMessage""Group Shard is used in non-Groups URI."
  },
  "source""office365-wus2.azconn-wus2-001.p.azurewebsites.net"
}

Can anyone help?  I've created the Power Automate in the Teams group for the Group concerned.

    I wonder if this is due to the licence permissions that you have. I have a similar flow running without issue, but running within my personal Power Automate area rather than within a Teams channel.

    The other issue might the permission with the shared mailbox itself. Are you able to create new emails or send on behalf of the shared mailbox? I have been unable to use the flow on another shared mailbox where I am missing those permissions.

    This might be it - thanks for the help!

    I'm trying to send an email on behalf of a shared mailbox, get the same error - tried sending a direct email to myself using the 'on behalf of' in Outlook and got an undeliverable response due to permissions so I would say it is a permissions thing.
