Can't Turn On an imported flow - Connection to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to configure Vendor Invoice Capture per Microsoft implementation guide but I'm running into some issues with Turning On/Running the cloud flow. See below:

I added all the input information I got on Azure Portal and I keep on getting this error message:
